About the Teaming Retreat
MISSION – Our mission is to effectively invigorate Whole Life Congregational Stewardship in faithful stewardship of God’s gracious supply.
VISION – We envision gospel focused and financially sustainable frontline churches and schools with ministry teams able to:

Function as the emotional immune system for the congregation and school.

Continually correct thinking and behavior, willing to learn for the larger congregation.

Discern the difference between Adaptive Challenges and Technical Problems.

Share a similar picture of their past, present and future.

Be willing to change the way they do things.
