Ministry Mapping Inventory (MMI)
The Ministry Mapping Inventory (MMI) serves as an evaluation and monitoring tool designed to support the strategic planning of ministries. It enables leadership teams to remain aligned with your congregation's gospel mission and improved decision-making. By analyzing membership responses (Y-axis) alongside the congregation's financial data (X-axis), the completed map will highlight key gospel imperatives for making informed decisions, such as ministry mergers, partnerships, and legacy planning.
Ministry mapping helps congregations see ministry being done together as a whole and appreciate God's design of interconnectedness.
